The NSW Government has launched the NSW Planning Portal, designed as a self-serve, centralised portal to manage & process all planning & development applications.
All Development Applications (DA’s) are now managed through the NSW Planning Portal. To engage with Illawarra Building Certifiers, you first need to lodge your application, via the NSW Planning Portal and nominate Illawarra Building Certifiers as your appointed Private Certifier.
